Ordering Details:
• Please leave a comment with your name & email, and state the item you are interested in
• We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible :)
• Alternatively, you can email us at ice-ville@hotmail.com
• Please note that priority is given to those who confirm that they can make payment immediately
Payment Details:
• We accept POSB/DBS bank transfer or IB transfer
• We do not accept concealed cash
Terms & Conditions
• Inquiries will not be considered as confirmation of your order
• Pls do not indicate your confirmation for an item if you are merely enquiring
• Buyers who make payment promptly will be whitelisted
• Buyers who back out/void deal are blacklisted
• Reservations will not be entertained
• Meet-ups are not allowed
Postage Details:
• Items sent by normal postage will be borne by Ice Ville
• However, if you wish to receive your items by registered post, there will be an additional charge
• Ice Ville will NOT be responsible for any lost mail by normal postage
• Mail usually takes 2-4 working days to reach but there are times when mail reaches only after 7 working days. So please be patient.
